According to police reports, the woman noticed Troupe’s
vehicle in the parking lot and was worried about a potential robbery.
“She was a little concerned about her safety,” he said.
Eventually, he drove up to the window and she asked if she could help him,
she told police. He was not wearing pants, was holding his genitals and
asked her if she would like to hold his “whopper,” the woman told police.
She told officers that she told the man she was going to call police.
