A SPLASH of shock and splat of anger hit a Petts Wood man when a Bromley Council sign told the public they could use his home as a toilet. When the council closed the public toilets in Station Square, Petts Wood, they put up signs there listing four nearby businesses which are opening their lavatories to non customers. However, one of the signs says one of the businesses, Cafe Maz, is at 2a Station Square, which is actually the flat above the eaterie, leaving the man who lives there furious.
